Artistic Grunge Photo Effect Photoshop Tutorial

Step 1

Open a photo that you want to edit. A nice photo to start off with is a portrait.

Step 2

In the Layers palette, click on the   button. This will open a menu that shows all the adjustment layers available. Select Hue/Saturation and a new Hue/Saturation adjustment layer will be created.

The Hue/Saturation tool will appear. Click OK for now to exit because we will need to change the blending mode before we edit it.
