Page 1 of 3 Reduce the saturation of your photos in a unique way. This effect uses two adjustment layers to lower the vibrancy of the photo while preserving some colors.
Low Vibrancy Photoshop Tutorial Step 1 Open any photo into Photoshop.  Step 2 In the Layers palette, click on the button and choose Black & White. If you don't have this, you're probably using Photoshop CS2 or older. In that case, choose Hue/Saturation instead. Step 3 In the Black & White or Hue/Saturation settings, leave the default settings and click OK.
