Step 4Now choose Filter > Other > Minimum. This filter is used to thicken the dark lines.
Step 5Currently, the image looks like a bunch of squares due to the minimum filter we used in the previous step. To add an artistic effect, we'll use the cutout filter which applies a vector-like effect to the image. In this case, we'll use the cutout filter to add some randomness to the edges so that they don't look like a bunch of squares.
